The mixed-use office complex is approached with a common plaza, where it divides into three different zones for their different functions. The Complex was designed in such manner so that the northern lake of the site can be connected visually and physically by the slidable structure of temporary exhibition hall.

ETFE Kinetic facade controls the light conditions by tracking the sun using the solar panels on the roof. Solar panels inform the blades on how to bend. Also, users can personalize their own space with controls.

The lightweight kinetic panels reduce solar gain while retaining transparency. It can transmit 95% of light. But with its rotatable feature, it controls thermal gain from the exterior. Being 100% recyclable and requiring minimal energy for transportation and installation means that it makes a significant contribution to the move towards green construction and sustainability.
